- 200 g Salmon
- 2 tsp Low sodium soy sauce
- 4 cups Water
- 4 cups Watercress
- 2 slices Dried figs
- 1/2 cup Low sodium chicken broth
- 3 slices Ginger root
- 1/4 tsp Sesame oil

Instructions
- Slice the fish and marinate in the soy sauce for 10 minutes.
- Put the water in a pot, add in the watercress and dried figs, and boil for 5 minutes.
- Add other ingredients and sesame oil and boil for another 5 minutes.
