Watercress and Salmon Soup

Low sodium soy sauce

Watercress

Dried figs

Low sodium chicken broth

Ginger root

Sesame oil
Instructions
Slice the fish and marinate in the soy sauce for 10 minutes.
Put the water in a pot, add in the watercress and dried figs, and boil for 5 minutes.
Add other ingredients and sesame oil and boil for another 5 minutes.
