Watercress and Salmon Soup
Ingredients
  • 200g Salmon
  • 2tsp Low sodium soy sauce
  • 4cups Water
  • 4cups Watercress
  • 2slices Dried figs
  • 1/2cup Low sodium chicken broth
  • 3slices Ginger root
  • 1/4tsp Sesame oil
Instructions
  1. Slice the fish and marinate in the soy sauce for 10 minutes.
  2. Put the water in a pot, add in the watercress and dried figs, and boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Add other ingredients and sesame oil and boil for another 5 minutes.
