- 4 cup Cauliflower
- 1 stalk Green onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 4 teaspoon Low sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Canola oil
- 1 cup Water

Instructions
- Cut cauliflower into small florets. Slice the green onion and garlic.
- Pour the soy sauce and vinegar into the same small bowl and set aside.
- Heat the wok, pour in the oil, stir-fry the green onion and garlic until the garlic is fragrant. Add the cauliflower and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the cup of water and cook for about 8 minutes.
