Stir-fried Cauliflower
Ingredients
  • 4cup Cauliflower
  • 1stalk Green onion
  • 1clove Garlic
  • 4teaspoon Low sodium soy sauce
  • 1teaspoon Vinegar
  • 1tablespoon Canola oil
  • 1cup Water
Instructions
  1. Cut cauliflower into small florets. Slice the green onion and garlic.
  2. Pour the soy sauce and vinegar into the same small bowl and set aside.
  3. Heat the wok, pour in the oil, stir-fry the green onion and garlic until the garlic is fragrant. Add the cauliflower and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the cup of water and cook for about 8 minutes.
