Stir-fried Cauliflower

Cauliflower

Green onion

Garlic

Low sodium soy sauce

teaspoon
Vinegar

Canola oil

Water
Instructions
Cut cauliflower into small florets. Slice the green onion and garlic.
Pour the soy sauce and vinegar into the same small bowl and set aside.
Heat the wok, pour in the oil, stir-fry the green onion and garlic until the garlic is fragrant. Add the cauliflower and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Add the cup of water and cook for about 8 minutes.
