- 1 cup Tomato
- 4 cups Spinach
- 4 cups Water
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
- Wash and cut the tomatoes, and wash the spinach.
- Bring the water and tomatoes in the pot to a rolling boil. Beat the eggs in a bowl and slowly pour into the pot while stirring the contents in the pot.
- After the water is boiling again, add the spinach and cook until the spinach is soft.
- Add salt, stir well, and serve.
