Spinach Tomato Egg Soup

Spinach

Instructions
Wash and cut the tomatoes, and wash the spinach.
Bring the water and tomatoes in the pot to a rolling boil. Beat the eggs in a bowl and slowly pour into the pot while stirring the contents in the pot.
After the water is boiling again, add the spinach and cook until the spinach is soft.
Add salt, stir well, and serve.
