- 1 stalk Green onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 4 cups Bok choy
- 2 teaspoons Canola oil
- 1 cup Shrimp, (thawed, peeled and drained) 180 g
- 1/6 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
- Chop the green onion, garlic, and bok choy.
- Heat the wok at medium high heat. Add the oil, green onion and garlic and stir fry until garlic is fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and stir-fry until it changes color, about 3 minutes.
- Add the bok choy and stir-fry for 2 minutes then add the salt.
- Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
