Shrimp and Bok Choy Stir-fry

Shrimp, (thawed, peeled and drained)

Instructions
Chop the green onion, garlic, and bok choy.
Heat the wok at medium high heat. Add the oil, green onion and garlic and stir fry until garlic is fragrant.
Add the shrimp and stir-fry until it changes color, about 3 minutes.
Add the bok choy and stir-fry for 2 minutes then add the salt.
Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
