Ingredients
- 200 g Lean pork
- 1 teaspoon Low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Celery - 1 stalk
- 1/2 cup Beet
- 1 cup Cabbage
- 1 cup Tomato - about 1 large tomato
- 1/2 cup Potato - about ½ of a potato
- 5 cups Water

Instructions
- Wash the lean pork under running water. Cut into cubes, and marinate with soy sauce and salt for about 1 hour.
- Cut other ingredients into small pieces. Place all the vegetables into a pot. Pour the water into the pot and bring to a rolling boil.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Put in lean meat and simmer for another 15 minutes.
