Mixed Vegetables and Pork Soup

– about 1 large tomato

– about ½ of a potato

Instructions
Wash the lean pork under running water. Cut into cubes, and marinate with soy sauce and salt for about 1 hour.
Cut other ingredients into small pieces. Place all the vegetables into a pot. Pour the water into the pot and bring to a rolling boil.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Put in lean meat and simmer for another 15 minutes.
