Mixed Vegetables and Pork Soup
Ingredients
  • 200g Lean pork
  • 1teaspoon Low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2cup Celery– 1 stalk
  • 1/2cup Beet
  • 1cup Cabbage
  • 1cup Tomato– about 1 large tomato
  • 1/2cup Potato– about ½ of a potato
  • 5cups Water
Instructions
  1. Wash the lean pork under running water. Cut into cubes, and marinate with soy sauce and salt for about 1 hour.
  2. Cut other ingredients into small pieces. Place all the vegetables into a pot. Pour the water into the pot and bring to a rolling boil.
  3. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Put in lean meat and simmer for another 15 minutes.
