Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground lean meat (beef, moose, caribou, veal, chicken, etc.)
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce optional
- Thyme, salt, and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Heat oven to 375ºF and grease a loaf pan with vegetable oil.
- Chop onions.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
- Put this mixture in greased pans and cook in oven about 1 hour or until the meat is no longer pink and the loaf is firm.
- Serve with gravy or tomato sauce if you wish.
