Meatloaf
Ingredients

Ground lean meat
(beef, moose, caribou, veal, chicken, etc.)

cup
Rolled oats
1/2
cup
Finely chopped onion
1/4
cup
Milk
2
Eggs
2
tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
optional
Thyme, salt, and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat oven to 375ºF and grease a loaf pan with vegetable oil.
Chop onions.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
Put this mixture in greased pans and cook in oven about 1 hour or until the meat is no longer pink and the loaf is firm.
Serve with gravy or tomato sauce if you wish.
