Meatloaf
Ingredients
  • 1pound Ground lean meat(beef, moose, caribou, veal, chicken, etc.)
  • 1cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2cup Finely chopped onion
  • 1/4cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2tbsp Worcestershire sauceoptional
  • Thyme, salt, and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 375ºF and grease a loaf pan with vegetable oil.
  2. Chop onions.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Put this mixture in greased pans and cook in oven about 1 hour or until the meat is no longer pink and the loaf is firm.
  5. Serve with gravy or tomato sauce if you wish.
