- 1 Small onion
- 2 Garlic cloves minced
- 32 oz Vegetable broth
- 1 Can diced tomatoes
- 3 cup Water
- 1 cup Dried lentils
- 1 Bay leaf
- Pinch of salt pepper, oregano

Instructions
- Heat oil over medium heat. Sauté onions for 3 minutes. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
