Lentil Soup
Ingredients

Olive oil

Small onion

Garlic cloves

Vegetable broth

Can diced tomatoes

Dried lentils

Bay leaf
Pinch of salt
pepper, oregano
Instructions
Heat oil over medium heat. Sauté onions for 3 minutes. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
