- 4 cups Cabbage
- 1 stalk Green onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Canola oil
- 1/16 teaspoon Granulated sugar
- 3 Dried hot chili pepper
- ¼ teaspoon Sichuan peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon Low sodium soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon Vinegar
- ¼ cup Water

Instructions
- Wash the cabbage and tear it into pieces by hand. Chop the green onion and garlic.
- Heat a wok and add the oil and sugar to the wok. Then add the peppercorns and dried chilies, the green onion and garlic.
- Pour the soy sauce and vinegar, add the cabbage, stir fry for 3 minutes, add the water and cook for 4 minutes. If you prefer a softer taste, you can extend the cooking time and add water.
