Wash the cabbage and tear it into pieces by hand. Chop the green onion and garlic.
Heat a wok and add the oil and sugar to the wok. Then add the peppercorns and dried chilies, the green onion and garlic.
Pour the soy sauce and vinegar, add the cabbage, stir fry for 3 minutes, add the water and cook for 4 minutes. If you prefer a softer taste, you can extend the cooking time and add water.
