- Chicken and marinade
- 1 cup (180g) Skinless chicken thigh
- 1/8 teaspoon Sichuan pepper powder
- 2 teaspoons Low sodium soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon Garlic or garlic powder
- Vegetables
- 2 cups Green beans
- 1 stalk Green onion
- 2 slices Ginger root
- 2 teaspoons Low sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons Canola oil
- 1 cup Water

Instructions
- Chopped or minced chicken, marinated with pepper powder, soy sauce and garlic powder for about 15 minutes.
- Cut the green beans, green onions and ginger slices.
- Heat the wok, add 1 teaspoon of oil, add the marinated chicken, stir fry for about 6 minutes, and remove the chicken from the wok.
- Put 1 teaspoon of oil in the pan, add the green onion and ginger, and pour 2 teaspoons of soy sauce.
- Add the green beans and stir fry for 3 minutes.
- Add 1 cup of water and cook for about 15 minutes.
- Pour the chicken back into the wok, stir fry for a while, then plate the dish.
Recipe Notes
Tip: Instead of green beans, you can use chopped celery (1 cup) and chopped carrots (1 cup) OR 2 chopped green bell peppers OR 1 chopped red pepper plus cashews (¼ cups)
