Chopped or minced chicken, marinated with pepper powder, soy sauce and garlic powder for about 15 minutes.
Cut the green beans, green onions and ginger slices.
Heat the wok, add 1 teaspoon of oil, add the marinated chicken, stir fry for about 6 minutes, and remove the chicken from the wok.
Put 1 teaspoon of oil in the pan, add the green onion and ginger, and pour 2 teaspoons of soy sauce.
Add the green beans and stir fry for 3 minutes.
Add 1 cup of water and cook for about 15 minutes.
Pour the chicken back into the wok, stir fry for a while, then plate the dish.
Tip: Instead of green beans, you can use chopped celery (1 cup) and chopped carrots (1 cup) OR 2 chopped green bell peppers OR 1 chopped red pepper plus cashews (ΒΌ cups)
