- 1 Celery stick
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Apple
- 4 tbsp Peanut butter
- 2 tsp Sunflower seeds
- 2 tsp Raisins

Instructions
- Wash and cut the apples into quarters using a paring knife. Take out the core.
- Wash the vegetables.
- Use a vegetable peeler to peel the carrot.
- Cut celery and carrots lengthwise into “logs”. Slice apple into wedges.
- Spread peanut butter on celery, carrots and apples.
- Sprinkle with “bugs” (raisins or sunflower seeds).
- Enjoy.
Recipe Notes
Peanut butter is a source of vitamin E. Vitamin E is an antioxidant. Antioxidants help protect our bodies. Vitamin E is also needed for healthy blood.
