Bugs On A Log
Ingredients
  • 1 Celery stick
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Apple
  • 4tbsp Peanut butter
  • 2tsp Sunflower seeds
  • 2tsp Raisins
Instructions
  1. Wash and cut the apples into quarters using a paring knife. Take out the core.
  2. Wash the vegetables.
  3. Use a vegetable peeler to peel the carrot.
  4. Cut celery and carrots lengthwise into “logs”. Slice apple into wedges.
  5. Spread peanut butter on celery, carrots and apples.
  6. Sprinkle with “bugs” (raisins or sunflower seeds).
  7. Enjoy.

Peanut butter is a source of vitamin E. Vitamin E is an antioxidant. Antioxidants help protect our bodies. Vitamin E is also needed for healthy blood.
