- 9 oz Boneless, skinless chicken breast 250g
- 2 tbsp Canola oil 30 ml
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice 30 ml
- Onion salt and pepper to taste
- pinch Dry parsley

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine canola oil and lemon juice. Dip chicken breast into mixture. Coat both sides.
- Transfer chicken breast to a hot non-stick frying pan. Sprinkle with onion salt and pepper. Fry over medium to high heat until an internal temperature of 170°F (77°C) is reached (about 3 1/2 minutes on each side depending on the thickness of the chicken breast).
- Garnish with parsley prior to serving.
