Classic Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
  • 9 oz Boneless, skinless chicken breast 250g
  • 2 tbsp Canola oil 30 ml
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice 30 ml
  • Onion salt and pepper to taste
  • pinch Dry parsley

  • 2 tbsp Canola oil 30 ml
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice 30 ml
  • Onion salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine canola oil and lemon juice. Dip chicken breast into mixture. Coat both sides.
  2. Transfer chicken breast to a hot non-stick frying pan. Sprinkle with onion salt and pepper. Fry over medium to high heat until an internal temperature of 170°F (77°C) is reached (about 3 1/2 minutes on each side depending on the thickness of the chicken breast).
  3. Garnish with parsley prior to serving.
