Classic Grilled Chicken
Need a side of protein on your dish? Look no further than this clean, classic chicken dish.
Ingredients
  • 9oz Boneless, skinless chicken breast250g
  • 2tbsp Canola oil30 ml
  • 2tbsp Lemon juice30 ml
  • Onion salt and pepper to taste
  • pinch Dry parsley
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine canola oil and lemon juice. Dip chicken breast into mixture. Coat both sides.
  2. Transfer chicken breast to a hot non-stick frying pan. Sprinkle with onion salt and pepper. Fry over medium to high heat until an internal temperature of 170°F (77°C) is reached (about 3 1/2 minutes on each side depending on the thickness of the chicken breast).
  3. Garnish with parsley prior to serving.
