- Dip
- 1 cup Cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup Plain yogurt
- 1 Green onion
- 1/4 tsp Dried dill weed
- 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
- Pinch salt
- Pinch pepper
- Vegetables
- Cucumber, carrots, celery, broccoli, mushrooms, red or green paper

Instructions
- Finely chop green onion.
- Mix together green onion, cottage cheese, yogurt and spices in a bowl.
- Wash the vegetables.
- Peel the carrots.
- Cut the carrots, celery and red pepper into strips.
- Cut the broccoli into florets.
- Slice the cucumber and the mushrooms can be left whole.
- Organize vegetables on plates surrounding the bowl of dip.
Recipe Notes
Cottage cheese is a source of calcium and is low in fat. Calcium is needed for strong bones and strong teeth. Cottage cheese is healthy and can be eaten any time of the day!
• For breakfast, swirl cottage cheese with jam and try it with toast
• For lunch, put a spoonful of cottage cheese on a slice of tomato and add your favourite salad dressing
• Try cottage cheese on top of a baked potato for supper
