Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup White flour
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 large Egg, beaten
- 1 cup Low-fat 1% milk
- 1 cup Blueberries, washed
- 2 tbsp Canola (or other vegetable) oil

Instructions
- Combine flours, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl combine egg, milk and canola oil. Add to flour mixture. Stir until blended.
- Add blueberries.
- Form pancakes by pouring batter in circles onto a hot, lightly greased griddle or frying pan.
- Cook until pancakes have bubbly surface and dry edges. Flip and cook other side.

You can use frozen berries instead of fresh berries
