Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup White flour
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 large Egg, beaten
  • 1 cup Low-fat 1% milk
  • 1 cup Blueberries, washed
  • 2 tbsp Canola (or other vegetable) oil
Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Sugar

  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 large Egg, beaten
  • 1 cup Low-fat 1% milk
  • 1 cup Blueberries, washed
  • 2 tbsp Canola (or other vegetable) oil
Instructions
  1. Combine flours, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl combine egg, milk and canola oil. Add to flour mixture. Stir until blended.
  3. Add blueberries.
  4. Form pancakes by pouring batter in circles onto a hot, lightly greased griddle or frying pan.
  5. Cook until pancakes have bubbly surface and dry edges. Flip and cook other side.

Try using strawberries, blackberries, or raspberries in this recipe

You can use frozen berries instead of fresh berries
