Ingredients
- 12 oz Turkey breast
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 8 slices Whole-wheat bread
- 4 slice Low-fat Swiss cheese
- 4 Large leaf romaine lettuce
- 8 slices Tomato
- Sauce
- 4 tbsp Low-fat Greek yoghurt
- 2 tsp Sriracha sauce

Instructions
- Combine the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Marinade for 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium high heat.
- Grill turkey each side of the turkey breast for 7-8 minutes. Allow the turkey breast cool to room temperature.
- For the sauce, combine the Greek yoghurt and sriracha sauce. Spread on each slice of bread. For each sandwich, add 3 oz (1 quantity) turkey, 1 slice Swiss cheese, 1 romaine lettuce, and 2 tomato slices.
Recipe Notes
Tired of having chicken? How about a lean cut of turkey? This is an excellent lunch. For a healthy plate, pair up this sandwich with the Cuban Roasted Broccoli. Quench your and your family’s thirst with a glass of water. To achieve 2-3 CHO servings, enjoy ¾ cup low-fat Greek yoghurt with a handful of berries.
