Ingredients
- 300 g Tofu
- 1 Green pepper - about 1 cup
- 1 stalk Green onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 teaspoon Low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Canola oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Water

Instructions
- Slice the tofu, green pepper, green onion and garlic.
- Pour the soy sauce and vinegar into a small bowl and set aside.
- Heat the wok, put the oil, add the green onion and garlic, and the soy sauce mix.
- Pour in tofu and green pepper and stir fry for 3 minutes.
- Add the water, boil over high heat, cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, add the salt, stir well and continue to cook for 3 minutes.
Recipe Notes
Note: Chopped Chinese chives (2 cups) or Chopped zucchini (4 cups) can be used instead of green pepper in this recipe
