Braised Tofu with Green Pepper
Ingredients
  • 300g Tofu
  • 1 Green pepper– about 1 cup
  • 1stalk Green onion
  • 1clove Garlic
  • 2teaspoon Low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2teaspoon Vinegar
  • 1tablespoon Canola oil
  • 1/4teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2cup Water
Instructions
  1. Slice the tofu, green pepper, green onion and garlic.
  2. Pour the soy sauce and vinegar into a small bowl and set aside.
  3. Heat the wok, put the oil, add the green onion and garlic, and the soy sauce mix.
  4. Pour in tofu and green pepper and stir fry for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the water, boil over high heat, cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, add the salt, stir well and continue to cook for 3 minutes.

Note: Chopped Chinese chives (2 cups) or Chopped zucchini (4 cups) can be used instead of green pepper in this recipe
