- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 stalk Green onion
- 2 teaspoon Canola oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1/6 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
- Cut the tomatoes and green onions.
- Heat the pan and add 1 teaspoon of oil. Beat the eggs, then fry in the pan and set aside.
- Put remaining 1 teaspoon of oil into the pan. Add the green onion and tomato and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Cover the lid and cook for 3 minutes. Add the eggs and salt. Stir well and turn off the heat.
