Tomato and Egg stir-fry
Ingredients
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1stalk Green onion
  • 2teaspoon Canola oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/6teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Cut the tomatoes and green onions.
  2. Heat the pan and add 1 teaspoon of oil. Beat the eggs, then fry in the pan and set aside.
  3. Put remaining 1 teaspoon of oil into the pan. Add the green onion and tomato and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Cover the lid and cook for 3 minutes. Add the eggs and salt. Stir well and turn off the heat.
