Tomato and Egg stir-fry

Tomatoes

Green onion

Canola oil

Eggs

Salt
Instructions
Cut the tomatoes and green onions.
Heat the pan and add 1 teaspoon of oil. Beat the eggs, then fry in the pan and set aside.
Put remaining 1 teaspoon of oil into the pan. Add the green onion and tomato and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Cover the lid and cook for 3 minutes. Add the eggs and salt. Stir well and turn off the heat.
