- 2 cups Celery
- 1/2 cup Carrot
- 1 cup Lily bud
- 1 tablespoon Canola oil
- 1 stalk Green onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon Low sodium soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
- Slice carrots and celery, then put in boiling water for 2 minutes; Add the lily buds to the boiling water for 15 seconds, drain everything and set aside.
- Heat the wok. Add the oil, then add the green onion and garlic, and sauté until the garlic is fragrant.
- Add the carrots and celery and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the lily and stir fry for 1 minute.
- Pour in the soy sauce and salt and continue to stir fry for 1 minute.
