Celery and Lily Bud Stir-fry

Low sodium soy sauce

Instructions
Slice carrots and celery, then put in boiling water for 2 minutes; Add the lily buds to the boiling water for 15 seconds, drain everything and set aside.
Heat the wok. Add the oil, then add the green onion and garlic, and sauté until the garlic is fragrant.
Add the carrots and celery and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Add the lily and stir fry for 1 minute.
Pour in the soy sauce and salt and continue to stir fry for 1 minute.
