Celery and Lily Bud Stir-fry
Ingredients
  • 2cups Celery
  • 1/2cup Carrot
  • 1cup Lily bud
  • 1tablespoon Canola oil
  • 1stalk Green onion, chopped
  • 2cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4teaspoon Low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/8teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Slice carrots and celery, then put in boiling water for 2 minutes; Add the lily buds to the boiling water for 15 seconds, drain everything and set aside.
  2. Heat the wok. Add the oil, then add the green onion and garlic, and sauté until the garlic is fragrant.
  3. Add the carrots and celery and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the lily and stir fry for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and salt and continue to stir fry for 1 minute.
