Mixed Vegetables and Pork Soup

Ingredients
  • 200 g Lean pork
  • 1 teaspoon Low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Celery - 1 stalk
  • 1/2 cup Beet
  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 1 cup Tomato - about 1 large tomato
  • 1/2 cup Potato - about ½ of a potato
  • 5 cups Water
Ingredients
  • 200 g Lean pork

  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Celery - 1 stalk
  • 1/2 cup Beet

  • 1/2 cup Potato - about ½ of a potato
  • 5 cups Water
Instructions
  1. Wash the lean pork under running water. Cut into cubes, and marinate with soy sauce and salt for about 1 hour.
  2. Cut other ingredients into small pieces. Place all the vegetables into a pot. Pour the water into the pot and bring to a rolling boil.
  3. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Put in lean meat and simmer for another 15 minutes.
