- 1/4 cup Sundried tomato and herb salad dressing low-fat or calorie reduced
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/3 cup Water

Instructions
Directions using a food processor:
- Place garlic cloves through the feed tube of a food processor. Pulse till minced.
- Add the chickpeas and pulse till smooth.
- Add the salad dressing and water, pulsing till well blended.
Directions using a blender:
- Place all the ingredients into the blender container. Blend until smooth, adding more water if necessary to achieve desired consistency.
