Five Minute Hummus
Who knew hummus could be so simple? Any veggie dipped in this hummus will become your new favourite!
Ingredients

Chickpeas
drained and rinsed, (1 can 19 oz, 540 mL)
1/4
cup
Sundried tomato and herb salad dressing
low-fat or calorie reduced
2
cloves
Garlic
1/3
cup
Water
Instructions
Directions using a food processor:
Place garlic cloves through the feed tube of a food processor. Pulse till minced.
Add the chickpeas and pulse till smooth.
Add the salad dressing and water, pulsing till well blended.
Directions using a blender:
Place all the ingredients into the blender container. Blend until smooth, adding more water if necessary to achieve desired consistency.
