Five Minute Hummus
Who knew hummus could be so simple? Any veggie dipped in this hummus will become your new favourite!
Ingredients
  • 1can Chickpeasdrained and rinsed, (1 can 19 oz, 540 mL)
  • 1/4cup Sundried tomato and herb salad dressinglow-fat or calorie reduced
  • 2cloves Garlic
  • 1/3cup Water
Instructions
Directions using a food processor:
  1. Place garlic cloves through the feed tube of a food processor. Pulse till minced.
  2. Add the chickpeas and pulse till smooth.
  3. Add the salad dressing and water, pulsing till well blended.
Directions using a blender:
  1. Place all the ingredients into the blender container. Blend until smooth, adding more water if necessary to achieve desired consistency.
