Ingredients
- 2 cups All Bran Buds or similar high fibre cereal 500 ml
- 2 cups Rolled oats 500 ml
- 1 cup Pecans or walnuts, chopped 250 ml
- 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds 125 ml
- 1/3 cup Packed brown sugar 75 ml
- 3 tbsp Canola oil 45 ml
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon 5 ml
- 1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg 2 ml
- 1/2 tsp Salt 2 ml
- 12 Dried apricot halves, chopped
- 1 tbsp Fresh grated ginger 15 ml

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F
- In a large bowl, combine the cereal, oats, pecans, sunflower seeds, sugar, canola oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Place on a baking sheet, and bake for 12 minutes. Remove from oven, stir, and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the granola begins to lightly brown. Remove from oven.
- Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve warm or cooled.
