Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 3-1/2 cups Strawberries raw or frozen 500g
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice 15 ml
  • 4 tsp Yogurt, 1 or 2% milk fat 20 ml
  • 1 cup Water 250 ml
  • 4 tbsp Almond butter 60 ml

  • 4 tbsp Almond butter 60 ml
Instructions
  1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and put them into a blender
  2. Blend until smooth, and add 20 ml yogurt, 15 mL (1 tbsp) lime juice, almond butter, 2-3 ice cubes and continue to blend until the mixture is smooth and thoroughly mixed
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy
