Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients
  • 1 Head cauliflower florets sliced
  • 4 Garlic cloves crushed
  • 1/3 cup Non-fat milk
  • 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

  • 1 Head cauliflower florets sliced

Instructions
  1. Steam cauliflower and garlic until tender.
  2. Once tender, mash cauliflower and garlic together with a blender.
  3. Add milk, oil and pinch of salt and pepper.
