- 5 cups Chopped romaine lettuce
- 5 cups Baby spinach
- 1/2 Medium red onion chopped
- 1 Large red bell pepper chopped
- 1 cup Cucumbers chopped
- 1 Large carrot peeled and chopped
- 1 cup Grape tomatoes halved
- 1 Can black olives
- 1/3 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- Vinaigrette
- 1/3 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup Red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Honey
- 2 tsp Dried oregano
- Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, spinach, red onion, red bell pepper, cucumber, carrots, tomatoes, olives and parmesan cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil with red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, oregano, and salt and pepper.
- Add vinaigrette on top of salad.
