Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic sliced
- 1 tbsp Tomato puree
- 800 g Chopped tomatoes
- Handful of basil chopped
- Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions
- Heat oil on high heat. Add garlic and allow to fry for 1 minute.
- Add tomato puree and chopped tomatoes. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Add in the basil.
