Garlic Cauliflower and Broccoli

Ingredients
  • 1 Head cauliflower sliced
  • 1 Head broccoli sliced
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp Garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 tbsp Onions chopped
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add broccoli pieces and cook, covered, for 2 minutes.
  2. Drain water and set broccoli aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and onions. Cook for a few seconds on medium heat until golden.
  4. Add cauliflower and broccoli and cook for 4 minutes.
  5. Add pinch of salt and pepper.
