Ingredients
- 1 Head cauliflower sliced
- 1 Head broccoli sliced
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp Garlic cloves chopped
- 2 tbsp Onions chopped
- Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add broccoli pieces and cook, covered, for 2 minutes.
- Drain water and set broccoli aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and onions. Cook for a few seconds on medium heat until golden.
- Add cauliflower and broccoli and cook for 4 minutes.
- Add pinch of salt and pepper.
