Fattoush Salad

Ingredients
  • 2 heads Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 2 Large English cucumber diced
  • 6 Medium tomatoes chopped
  • 2 Green pepper chopped
  • 6 Radishes sliced
  • 2 Red onion chopped
  • 1 cup Parsley leaves chopped
  • 1 cup Mint leaves chopped
  • Dressing
  • 2 clove Garlic minced or pressed
  • 2 tbsp Sumac
  • 1/2 cup Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl mix together, the salad ingredients.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together, the dressing ingredients. Pour over salad.
