- 6 Radishes sliced
- 2 Red onion chopped
- 1 cup Parsley leaves chopped
- 1 cup Mint leaves chopped
- Dressing
- 2 clove Garlic minced or pressed
- 2 tbsp Sumac
- 1/2 cup Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt

- In a large bowl mix together, the salad ingredients.
- In a small bowl whisk together, the dressing ingredients. Pour over salad.
