Cuban Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Lime juice
  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Onion
  • 2 tsp Avocado oil
  • 16 oz Broccoli florets about 3 cups
  • Parchment paper

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Thinly slice the garlic cloves and onions.
  3. In a bowl combine the garlic, cumin, lime juice, pepper, and onion. Toss in the remaining ingredients. Add avocado oil.
  4. Place bowl ingredients on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes.
