- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup 1 % or skim milk 125ml
- 4 slices Whole-wheat bread
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 2ml

Instructions
- Beat together eggs and milk.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Dip one slice of bread at a time into the milk mixture and coat thoroughly.
- Place dipped bread slices in the pan. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon, to taste. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side.
