Ingredients
- 1 cup Brown rice
- 12 Spears of asparagus, cooked - medium
- 2 Medium tomatoes, diced
- 2-1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 cup Fresh chives or green onions, minced
- 2 tsp Fresh dill, minced

Instructions
- Cook brown rice according to instruction on package. Allow to cool.
- Cut asparagus into 1-inch pieces.
- In a large salad bowl, combine asparagus and tomatoes.
- Whisk together lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper. Stir in chives and dill.
- Add rice to salad bowl. Pour in dressing.
