Apple-Walnut Salad

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts/pecans, chopped
  • 1 large ice-berg lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Baby spinach
  • 1 Red apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 Green apple, thinly sliced
  • Vinaigrette
  • 1 tbsp White balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
Ingredients

Instructions
  1. For the vinaigrette, whisk vinegar, oil, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Mix lettuce, spinach, apples, and walnuts.
  3. Add vinaigrette over lettuce, apples, and walnuts/pecans.
