Cinnamon French Toast

Ingredients
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup 1 % or skim milk 125ml
  • 4 slices Whole-wheat bread
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 2ml

  • 1/2 cup 1 % or skim milk 125ml
  • 4 slices Whole-wheat bread
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 2ml
Instructions
  1. Beat together eggs and milk.
  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Dip one slice of bread at a time into the milk mixture and coat thoroughly.
  3. Place dipped bread slices in the pan. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon, to taste. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side.
