Squash soup
Ingredients

Olive oil

Minced garlic

Medium onion
chopped

Butternut squash
peeled and cubed 1 sweet potato, peeled and cubed

Broth or water
Salt, pepper, and sugar to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a large pot. Add garlic and onions and sauté about 3 minutes.
Add squash and sweet potato. Sauté for 3 minutes, add water. Cook until tender, about 20 minutes. Purée. Return to heat and allow soup to thicken.
Add salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
