Quinoa Stuffed Bell Peppers
Ingredients
  • 2 Large red and 2 large yellow bell peppershalved
  • 1/2cup Quinoacooked
  • 1/3cup Sun dried tomatoes
  • 12 Black oliveshalved
  • cup Baby spinach
  • 2cloves Garlicminced
  • 8 Basil florets
  • pinch Salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Bake peppers for 10 minutes.
  3. Mix the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Add pinch of salt and pepper.
