Quinoa Stuffed Bell Peppers

Large red and 2 large yellow bell peppers

Quinoa
cooked

Sun dried tomatoes

Salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400.
Bake peppers for 10 minutes.
Mix the rest of the ingredients.
Add pinch of salt and pepper.
