Slice the mushroom and the okra. Chop the green onion and garlic.
Pour the soy sauce, cooking wine, and vinegar, into a small bowl and set aside.
Heat the wok and pour in the oil.
Place the green onion, garlic, okra, and mushrooms in the wok at the same time. Stir fry for one minute, add the soy sauce mix, and continue to stir fry for one minute.
Add half a cup of water, cover the lid and cook for about 15 minutes.
