Grilled Balsamic Chicken
Ingredients
  • 1/2cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4cup Olive oil
  • 3cloves Garliccrushed
  • 1tbsp Honey
  • 1tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3/4tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1/4tsp Salt
  • 1/4tsp Black pepper
  • 8 Boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut in halves)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in a large container. Mix well.
  2. Place chicken breasts in marinade and allow to sit, covered, for 3-24 hours in fridge.
  3. Preheat grill to high.
  4. Grill chicken, covered, for 4 minutes, then turn, then grill for another 4 minutes.
  5. Serve.
